- Attempting to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the platform
- Unauthorized redistribution of accounts, services, or credentials
Content Availability:
Applications, services, or platform features may change, be modified, or become unavailable due to third-party providers. LTVSS Media does not host, stream, or store any audiovisual media and does not control the availability of third-party services.
Reasonable Use of Support:
Technical support services are provided on a time-limited and reasonable-use basis. Support sessions are intended to address specific setup, configuration, or troubleshooting requests.
LTVSS Media reserves the right to limit, decline, or reschedule assistance if requests fall outside the scope of the purchased service, require excessive time beyond the support session, or involve repeated requests for the same issue after guidance has already been provided.
4. Billing, Refunds & Payments
Support plans and services are provided on a fixed-term basis and may require renewal before the applicable billing date to continue coverage. Prices, features, and service availability may change without notice.
Refund Policy
- Digital technical services are considered delivered once configuration guidance or technical assistance has begun
- Refund requests may be reviewed only if no meaningful assistance or service activity has occurred
- Service interruptions caused by third-party platforms are outside of our control
Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment processors.
Customers are encouraged to contact our support team directly to resolve billing or service concerns prior to initiating a payment dispute.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Physical products sold through LTVSS Media are shipped using Canada Post.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout using real-time Canada Post rates based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Canada: typically 1–5 business days depending on region
- United States: typically 3–7 business days
- International: delivery times vary depending on destination
Delivery estimates are provided by Canada Post and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Coverage:
Orders are shipped to destinations supported by Canada Post. Shipping availability may change due to carrier restrictions, regulatory requirements, or other external factors beyond our control.
Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is correct at checkout. LTVSS Media is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Tracking:
Shipments include Canada Post tracking where available.
Delivery is considered complete once shipment tracking indicates successful delivery to the address provided during checkout.
6. Returns & Exchanges
All physical product sales are considered final.
Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, LTVSS Media does not accept returns or exchanges unless a product arrives damaged or defective.
If a product arrives damaged during shipping, customers must contact support within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and the item.
Return shipping costs, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
7. International Shipping & Customs
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
LTVSS Media does not collect, control, or estimate customs duties or import taxes.
Customers are responsible for complying with all local import regulations in their country.
8. Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact our support team to resolve billing or service concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with support may delay resolution and may result in temporary account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
LTVSS Media reserves the right to provide order records, shipment tracking information, service activity logs, and communication history to payment processors as evidence of service or product delivery.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, website content, and platform materials associated with LTVSS Media are owned by LTVSS Media or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any materials without prior written permission.
10. Acceptable Use Policy
Users must use LTVSS Media Services responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
Prohibited activities include:
- Unauthorized sharing or redistribution of accounts
- Attempts to bypass platform functionality
- Illegal activities including copyright infringement
- Uploading malware or harmful software
LTVSS Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.

14. Customer Authorization
By completing a purchase on the LTVSS Media website, you confirm that you are the authorized account holder or have permission from the authorized cardholder to use the selected payment method.
You agree that the purchase represents a legitimate transaction for services and/or products provided by LTVSS Media.
Order confirmations, payment processor records, service activity logs, and shipment tracking information may be retained and used as evidence of customer authorization and service or product delivery in the event of a payment dispute.
